LOPESAN GASTRO EXPERIENCE

Ocean Buffet

The terrace of the Ocean Buffet is, without a doubt, one of the most suggestive spaces of the Hotel Faro, a Lopesan Collection Hotel. Here, breakfasts are accompanied by the gentle touch of the morning sun and the whisper of the waves as they reach the shore of the beach. Another alternative is the one proposed by the interior rooms and their portentous windows overlooking the ocean. In this same scenario, the lunch service offers a wide selection of dishes, presented in the form of a hot or cold buffet, which fuse the best of local cuisine with international creations.

When night falls, the hotel is transformed and the lighting is provided by the imposing Maspalomas Lighthouse, whose radiance will guide your palate on a suggestive journey of flavors, which starts with the choice of starters from our select buffet and the possibility of fascinating your palate with a second course served at the table. In addition, twice a week, the hotel organizes a theme night and on Fridays, let yourself be impressed by the exclusive gala buffet.

Erizo Restaurant

The main pool is the nerve center of the Hotel Faro, a Lopesan Collection Hotel. An ideal place to try some of the succulent dishes that are part of the Erizo Restaurant menu. But don’t worry, when you finish lunch your hammock will continue waiting for you to come back, to lie down and put the ideal climax to an unbeatable day of relaxation.

S U R U Cocktail Bar

Located in the hotel’s spacious lobby, S U R U Cocktail Bar is a place to be enjoyed with all five senses. High quality cocktails, design and impressive panoramic views of the sea invite its customers to relax, either in company or alone. It also has a spacious outdoor terrace to enjoy the sun’s rays during the day, or the sea breeze at night.

Erizo Bar

The pool water has managed to refresh your skin, but you need to drink something to quench your thirst and be able to savor the liquid essence of the holidays. You don’t have to go very far. The BOHO Beach Maspalomas à la carte restaurant is the exclusive gastronomic proposal presented by Hotel Faro, a Lopesan Collection Hotel. In its open kitchen, all kinds of culinary creations full of imagination, daring and freshness are shaped. Located on the sand of Maspalomas Beach, BOHO Beach Maspalomas is much more than a restaurant, it is also a bar and terrace, connecting all the necessary elements to provide you with a unique experience, in an incomparable setting.
